Sauvignon 2022, Alto Adige DOC, from the Cantina Tramin winery, is a typical manifestation of the mountain viticulture of northern Italy. The Cantina Tramin winery is one of the most important cooperative wineries in the region. It was founded in 1898 in the village of Tramin (Termeno), which also gave its name to the aromatic Gew\u00fcrztraminer variety. Today, it brings together 168 small growers, with quality built on strict grape selection and modern technological processes. The winery is known for its emphasis on terroir, sustainability and precise work in the vineyard and cellar.<\/p>\n

A light straw yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of young Sauvignon from cooler regions.<\/p>\n
The aroma is clean. The dominant tones are gooseberry, elderberry, citrus peel and subtle herbal nuances (nettle, freshly cut grass). A mineral undertone appears in the background, reflecting the origin of the wine.<\/p>\n
The taste of the wine is dry and fresh. Despite being pronounced, the acidity is pleasantly balanced. The flavor profile copies the aromatics – citrus, gooseberry and green apple, complemented by a trace of minerality. The finish is medium-long, clean and refreshing.<\/p>\n
