O z\u00e1chranu Gelber Orleans sa zasl\u00fa\u017eili najm\u00e4 vin\u00e1ri orientovan\u00ed na biodiverzitu a historick\u00e9 odrody vini\u010da. Dnes t\u00e1to odroda patr\u00ed medzi raritn\u00e9 nemeck\u00e9 biele v\u00edna a, ako som u\u017e spom\u00ednal vy\u0161\u0161ie, je zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 aj z poh\u013eadu prebiehaj\u00facich klimatick\u00fdch zmien \u2013 dozrieva nesk\u00f4r a prirodzene si zachov\u00e1va svie\u017eu aciditu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edna z Gelber Orleans b\u00fdvaj\u00fa such\u00e9, miner\u00e1lne, postaven\u00e9 viac na \u0161trukt\u00fare a\u00a0na kyseline ne\u017e na aromatickej expresii. V dobr\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch dok\u00e1\u017ee vytvori\u0165 seri\u00f3zne gastronomick\u00e9 v\u00edno s potenci\u00e1lom zrenia.<\/p>\n<p>Vin\u00e1rstvo Knipser patr\u00ed medzi najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie rodinn\u00e9 vin\u00e1rstva oblasti Pfalz. Rodina Knipser hospod\u00e1ri vo vinohradoch v okol\u00ed obce Laumersheim u\u017e od roku 1876. Dnes je Weingut Knipser pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za jedn\u00e9ho z priekopn\u00edkov modernej kvality nemeck\u00e9ho v\u00edna, najm\u00e4 v segmente such\u00fdch v\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Pfalz je druhou najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou vin\u00e1rskou oblas\u0165ou Nemecka a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jednou z najteplej\u0161\u00edch. Regi\u00f3n je zn\u00e1my nielen Rizlingom, ale aj Pinot Noir (Sp\u00e4tburgunder), Chardonnay \u010di in\u00fdmi historick\u00fdmi odrodami, ktor\u00e9 viacer\u00e9 vin\u00e1rstva op\u00e4\u0165 vracaj\u00fa do vinohradov.<\/p>\n<p>Knipser sa dlhodobo venuje pr\u00e1ci s burgundsk\u00fdmi odrodami a z\u00e1rove\u0148 patr\u00ed medzi producentov, ktor\u00ed podporuj\u00fa obnovu zabudnut\u00fdch nemeck\u00fdch odr\u00f4d vini\u010da. Gelber Orleans 2019 je uk\u00e1\u017ekou tejto filozofie \u2013 nejde o marketingov\u00fd experiment, ale o seri\u00f3znu pr\u00e1cu s historickou odrodou vo vhodnom terroire.<\/p>\n<p>Vin\u00e1rstvo Knipser je \u010dlenom prest\u00ed\u017eneho zdru\u017eenia VDP (Verband Deutscher Pr\u00e4dikatsweing\u00fcter), ktor\u00e9 zdru\u017euje nemeck\u00fdch elitn\u00fdch producentov v\u00edna. D\u00f4raz na pr\u00e1cu vo vinohrade, redukciu v\u00fdnosov a presn\u00fa vinifik\u00e1ciu patria medzi charakteristick\u00e9 znaky vin\u00e1rstva Knipser.<\/p>\n<p>Tu je opis v\u00edna:<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edno je such\u00e9. M\u00e1 svetlo\u017elt\u00fa a\u017e slamov\u00fa farbu so zelenkast\u00fdmi odleskami. P\u00f4sob\u00ed \u010disto, svie\u017eo a mladistvo.<\/p>\n<p>Aromatika je viac elegantn\u00e1 ne\u017e expres\u00edvna. Objavuj\u00fa sa t\u00f3ny citrusovej k\u00f4ry, zelen\u00e9ho jablka, bielych r\u00edbezl\u00ed a su\u0161en\u00fdch byl\u00edn. Pri otvoren\u00ed sa postupne prid\u00e1va jemn\u00e1 miner\u00e1lna linka pripom\u00ednaj\u00faca mokr\u00fd kame\u0148 a v\u00e1penec.<\/p>\n<p>Chu\u0165 je such\u00e1 a postaven\u00e1 na v\u00fdraznej kyseline. Dominuj\u00fa citrusy a zelen\u00e9 ovocie. Telo\u00a0 je pevn\u00e9, bez zbyto\u010dnej m\u00e4kkosti. Gelber Orleans v tomto preveden\u00ed ukazuje sk\u00f4r gastronomick\u00fd ne\u017e ovocn\u00fd charakter v\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>Dochu\u0165 je dlh\u0161ia, svie\u017ea a mierne slan\u00e1. Samotn\u00e9 v\u00edno Gelber Orleans 2019 sa objavilo najm\u00e4 v odborn\u00fdch degust\u00e1ci\u00e1ch zameran\u00fdch na historick\u00e9 a raritn\u00e9 odrody vini\u010da, kde bolo taktie\u017e pozit\u00edvne hodnoten\u00e9 pre autenticitu a \u010distotu prejavu.<\/p>\n<p>Gelber Orleans 2019 od Knipsera nie je v\u00edno postaven\u00e9 na prvopl\u00e1novej aromatike, alebo efektnosti. Je to v\u00edno pre \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd h\u013ead\u00e1 charakter, historick\u00fd kontext a autentick\u00fd prejav starej nemeckej odrody vini\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Toto v\u00edno ukazuje, \u017ee u\u017e pomaly aj zabudnut\u00e9 odrody m\u00f4\u017eu v kvalitnom terroire pon\u00faknu\u0165 presved\u010div\u00fd a\u00a0chu\u0165ovo zauj\u00edmav\u00fd v\u00fdsledok.
