V\u00edno na m\u0148a urobilo dojem hne\u010f pri ochutn\u00e1vke, preto som sa rozhodol, \u017ee si ho k\u00fapim (\u013eutujem, \u017ee som si hne\u010f vtedy nek\u00fapil aj rose verziu). V\u017edy ma pote\u0161\u00ed, ke\u010f sa slovensk\u00ed vin\u00e1ri neboja zaexperimentova\u0165 a pod\u013ea m\u00f4jho n\u00e1zoru, je toto v\u00edno t\u00fdm spr\u00e1vnym v\u00fdsledkom takejto snahy.<\/p>\n<p>Tu je jeho opis.<\/p>\n<p>Bathory White Blend I z vin\u00e1rstva B\u00f3na Winery je v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9 such\u00e9 biele cuv\u00e9e, ktor\u00e9 odr\u00e1\u017ea jedine\u010dn\u00fd terroir ju\u017en\u00e9ho Slovenska a prec\u00edznu pr\u00e1cu vin\u00e1rov.<\/p>\n<p>Vin\u00e1rstvo B\u00f3na Winery bolo zalo\u017een\u00e9 v roku 2013 v obci B\u00e1torove Kosihy a sa zameriava na ekologick\u00e9 vinohradn\u00edctvo s d\u00f4razom na biologick\u00fa ochranu vini\u010da. Vinohrady sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v hone, kde hlinito-\u00edlovit\u00e1 p\u00f4da a priazniv\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 podmienky vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa ide\u00e1lne prostredie pre pestovanie hrozna vysokej kvality.<\/p>\n<p>Zlo\u017eenie cuv\u00e9e: Veltl\u00ednske zelen\u00e9 2021 (70%), Veltl\u00ednske zelen\u00e9 2020 (10%) a Rizling r\u00fdnsky 2022 (20%). Hrozno poch\u00e1dza z ekologicky obhospodarovan\u00fdch vinohradov, pri\u010dom v\u0161etky odrody dosiahli cukornatos\u0165 mu\u0161tu 22 \u00b0NM.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edno m\u00e1 \u010dist\u00fa, stredne intenz\u00edvnu slamovo\u017elt\u00fa farbu s jemn\u00fdmi zelenkav\u00fdmi odleskami, ktor\u00e9 sved\u010dia o mladosti a svie\u017eosti. V poh\u00e1ri p\u00f4sob\u00ed \u010dist\u00fdm a elegantn\u00fdm dojmom, s miernou viskozitou, \u010do nazna\u010duje jeho extrakt\u00edvnos\u0165 a podiel v\u00edna zrej\u00faceho na jemn\u00fdch kaloch.
