Degustovan\u00fdch v\u00edn na tejto slu\u017eobnej ceste bolo ve\u013ea a\u00a0tak toto v\u00edno bude zatia\u013e posledn\u00e9 z\u00a0opisovan\u00fdch, aby som sa dostal aj k\u00a0in\u00fdm v\u00ednam z\u00a0in\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov, resp. regi\u00f3nov. V\u00edno bolo svie\u017ee, pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 a\u00a0\u013eahko pite\u013en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tu je jeho opis.<\/p>\n<p>Pinot Bianco patr\u00ed medzi klasick\u00e9 biele odrody regi\u00f3nu a v Alto Adige sa mu dar\u00ed mimoriadne dobre.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edno Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC z vin\u00e1rstva Cantina Bolzano je elegantn\u00fdm a svie\u017eim bielym v\u00ednom poch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim z oblasti Ju\u017en\u00e9ho Tirolska (Alto Adige) na severe Talianska, zn\u00e1meho svojou kombin\u00e1ciou alpsk\u00e9ho a stredomorsk\u00e9ho podnebia.<\/p>\n<p>Hrozno sa pestuje na starostlivo vybran\u00fdch svahoch v okol\u00ed Bolzana, v nadmorskej v\u00fd\u0161ke 300 a\u017e 750 metrov. Such\u00e9, \u00edlovit\u00e9 a v\u00e1penat\u00e9 p\u00f4dy, ktor\u00e9 spolu s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi denn\u00fdmi teplotn\u00fdmi rozdielmi prispievaj\u00fa k svie\u017eosti a komplexnosti v\u00edna. Hrozno dozrieva a\u00a0jeho zber prebieha za\u010diatkom, resp. a\u017e v polovici septembra. Hrozno sa \u0161etrne lisuje a fermentuje pri kontrolovanej teplote v nerezov\u00fdch tankoch, \u010do zachov\u00e1va svie\u017eos\u0165 a \u010distotu v\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edno m\u00e1 bled\u00fa slamovo\u017elt\u00fa farbu so svetlozelen\u00fdmi odleskami. Farba je \u010dist\u00e1 a jasn\u00e1, \u010do poukazuje na modern\u00fa vinifik\u00e1ciu a \u010derstvos\u0165 v\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edno pon\u00faka jemn\u00fa a rafinovan\u00fa v\u00f4\u0148u s dominanciou ovocn\u00fdch t\u00f3nov. Dominuj\u00fa v\u00f4ne zelen\u00fdch \u00a0\u00a0jab\u013ak, ktor\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00ednu sladkast\u00fa a svie\u017eu ovocn\u00fa ar\u00f3mu.
